Event tickets and payments
When you purchase an event ticket, we collect your name, email, and payment details necessary to process the transaction. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal; we do not store your full card details on our servers — these are handled directly by our payment processor.
Reduced-price ticket requests
If you submit a request for a reduced-price ticket, we collect your name, email, the event in question, and the personal explanation you choose to share. This information is reviewed only by site administrators and is used solely to evaluate your request. We treat this information as sensitive and do not share it beyond what’s needed to process your request.
Forum participation
Our community forum requires a login to view or post. When you post, your username, post content, and IP address are recorded (IP addresses are visible only to administrators, used for moderation and security purposes).
Cookies
We use cookies for login sessions (to keep you logged in) and to remember your display preferences. If you comment on the site, you may opt in to a cookie that remembers your name and email for future comments. Our site also functions as an installable web app (PWA); if you install it, some technical data may be cached locally on your device to allow offline access.
Comments and mentions
If you’re mentioned by another user (via @username) in a forum reply, you may receive an email notification.

How long we keep data
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as required for legal/tax obligations. Reduced-ticket request submissions are kept only as long as necessary to evaluate and follow up on the request, after which they are deleted.

Where your data is sent
